Return & Refund Policy

At Art Avenue, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our handcrafted item Textile or furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material, and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.


Our Aim is a customer’s complete shopping satisfaction. We believe that if the customer is happy with our services then he/ she will buy from us again. But sometimes the conditions/situations are not in our favor and if the customer is not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. 



We have named it our Returns and Exchange policy which is as follows: 

If the product received in Damage Condition: - 
If the product is damaged then there are only two general conditions-
• Damaged during the transit of the item.

• Manufacturing Defect 


If the item is not which you have ordered: - 

It is the case when you receive an item other than you ordered or misrepresentation of the item on the site due to a technical error. 

Suitable solutions as per conditions: - 

In all the conditions mentioned above, our customers are requested to contact us via E-mail at hello@artavenue.in  24 hours of the receipt of your delivery. – 


We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture or other textiles item, however, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. we will exchange our textile product but  Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will offer a replacement for any defective items within 5 days of the delivery.  For merchandise picked up at the home, the exchange will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. we will repair furniture item by date of delivery within 6 months of the invoice as per our warranty policy.


CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.


MONOGRAMMED/ PERSONALIZED ITEMS
These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.


FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE
Final sale and clearance items are considered the final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.


NOTE
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
